Set just minutes from the Gulf, the 15th Street Residence was designed as a calm retreat that balances coastal living with timeless restraint.

The project focused on creating interiors that feel bright, effortless, and deeply livable while avoiding the overly themed aesthetic often associated with beach homes. A soft, neutral palette, layered textures, warm wood tones, and carefully curated furnishings work together to create spaces that feel collected rather than decorated.

Throughout the home, natural light became a guiding design element. Large windows, airy drapery, and thoughtfully positioned furnishings allow each room to feel open and connected while maintaining a sense of comfort and intimacy. The open-concept living spaces were designed for both everyday living and entertaining, seamlessly linking the kitchen, dining, and gathering areas into a cohesive experience.

Outside, the private pool courtyard extends the home's relaxed atmosphere, creating an additional living space that embraces the Florida climate and encourages year-round enjoyment.

The result is a residence that feels refined yet approachable—a modern coastal home designed to age gracefully, welcome guests effortlessly, and serve as a peaceful escape along the Emerald Coast.
